Return Policy:

It is always our intention to stand behind our products, and to deal fairly with our customers. We also need to set reasonable expectations, protections, and procedures for our company, staff, and customers. Keeping these considerations in mind, we have set our return policy as follows:

ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED/EXCHANGED MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE. THERE IS ALSO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% ON SPECIALTY AND CUSTOM ITEMS!

How to arrange for a return/ exchange: Please contact us at (702)685-8688 or e-mail us at theblackroomlv@yahoo.com so we may provide you with authorization. If e-mailing us, please be sure to include your order number, full name, and reason for requesting a return.

All returns must include their original packaging, paperwork, manuals, and accessories. Incomplete returns may result in the package being returned to you. Items being returned should be sent with either a trackable shipping method or one that provides confirmation of delivery. Conditions: Due to the nature of our products, and to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item designed to come in contact with the genitals or bodily fluids (saliva, semen, urine, blood, etc.). Once these types of items leave our store they are considered used and unsalable. Returns or exchanges of these types of items will only be accepted in the case of a damaged or defective product. Please be sure to inspect your items upon receipt.

 

Refund Policy:

MY WEBSITE FEATURES A WHOLE LINE OF PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FROM EUROPEAN MANUFACTURES I WORK WITH.

THIS ALLOWS YOU THE GREATEST SELECTION POSSIBLE BUT THIS ALSO MEANS THAT WE CANNOT STOCK ALL THE STYLES, SIZES AND COLORS AVAILABLE TO US, WHICH MEANS ITEMS HAVE TO BE ORDERED FROM EUROPE AND MUST BE PREPAID.

DELIVERY CAN TAKE 2-12 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE SEASON AND IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES A CUSTOM REQUEST. ONCE YOU HAVE ORDERED AN ITEM YOU CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER, AS I AM REQUIRED TO PREPAY THE MANUFACTURER.

PLEASE REMEMBER WHENEVER ORDERING, MOST PRODUCTS ARE MANUFACTURED IN GERMANY, SO SIZING IS EXTREMELY ACCURATE AND WILL PROVIDE CUSTOMERS WITH A MORE PLEASANT FIT, SOMETHING THE MORE RECENT ASIAN PRODUCTS LACK.

Exceptions:

Damaged/ Defective: Items that may have been damaged in transit, or defective when received, can be returned for store credit or replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of having received the damaged/ defective item so we may issue you a return authorization and shipping label.

Exchanges: Please contact us within 30 days of having received your shipment so we may provide you with a return authorization number. We will gladly accommodate a size exchange for items that do not pose a potential health risk.

*Note: New shipping charges will be billed to the original credit card used on all exchanges, unless the exchange resulted from our error.

Latex Garments: If you find that you have ordered an incorrect size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization number and we will gladly exchange it for the correct size of the same style. Latex items must be returned in clean brand new condition.

Custom- made Items: Custom items made according to measurements provided by the customer cannot be returned. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery should there be a fit issue. Some restrictions may apply. Items including but not limited to: Dungeon Furniture, Liberator Ramps, Toy Trunks, etc., are non-returnable. Please contact us should you have any questions.

 

Shipping Notes:

 Insurance: Orders over $100 are always insured.

 Priority: We do not ship priority or express on orders going to canada or international destinations unless specified by the customer. You may be asked to pay extra shipping for your request.
