"Estefa" is a short, slender single tail whip that allows for precise handling and dosing due to an excellent combination of flexibility and rigidity. It is intricately braided from cowhide leather, fourfold in the lower third and eightfold in the upper part (20 cm / 7.9 in).
When only the two flexible tips brush against the skin, the resulting pain is sharp but quite tolerable. If the braided end makes contact, the effect becomes considerably more intense. The ends then receive a significant additional acceleration and can leave very distinct marks.
